Welcome!
Intro to Pilates is a private, one-on-one 50-minute session that introduces you to the studio, Pilates reformer, and much more. At the same time, the instructor talks to you about your goals.
In the four sessions, each 50 minutes long, you will work using muscles you may have forgotten about, learn about core engagement, improve your posture, and increase flexibility, all in a low-impact workout. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to fill out the studio waiver.
What to bring with you:
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in
Non-slip socks
Water bottle (water available on site)
