My journey began later in life, first through Hot Yoga, then diving head first into 200-Hr Teacher Training. Upon graduation, I immediately enrolled in 300-Hr Advanced Teacher Training becoming a 500-Hr Yoga Instructor. I was asked many times what I would do once my certification was completed? Even though I didn’t really know how to respond, I began to realize keeping my journey “pure” while allowing it to unfold naturally was the answer that would eventually guide me. In my exploration, I became a Nia (Non-Impact Aerobics) Instructor which complimented my yoga practice beautifully. My journey continued and, in the fall of 2019, I established Ishvara Connection Yoga School. My school provided the platform to share the knowledge I acquired by teaching students to become 200-Hr Yoga Instructors as well as providing continuing education for all level of yoga teachers. Finally, in the spring of 2020, the Pilates Station invited me to participate in their Pilates Teacher Training Program. Under the guidance of some amazing powerful women I received my certification. I continue to teach several modalities, offering a doorway to anyone who is curious about finding their path to explore their universe within.
