Cardio and Strength
This is a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscles. The workout can be led as an interval, circuit or as half cardio-half strength. (Beginner/Intermediate Levels – Endurance / Strength)

E-Tone
AA weighted workout set to the rhythm of music. Total body strength endurance by using light weights. (All Levels – Total Fitness)

Bootcamp
Challenge yourself with a variety of workouts to take your fitness to the next level. (Intermediate /Advanced Levels – Total Fitness)

Step & Sculp
A basic Step-aerobic, boot camp-style class with weights – Old School Style! No fancy footwork, just a good sweat to great music! Guaranteed to sculpt muscle and burn calories.

Strength & Balance
Have fun and move with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support. (Beginner Levels – Total Fitness)

Rebounder Workout
Ready to have some serious fun and burn some calories? Take to the mini trampoline for a full body workout, which gets all the benefits of cardio, working your heart, lungs and muscles, without your joints taking a hit.
