“Through massage therapy, I get to live in the body that I desire, I’m blessed to give others this same opportunity.” ~ Debbie

At an early age, Debbie connected with people and animals through their energy, her empathy and desire to help has always been a primary focus. As a young adult, while working as a Certified Nurses Assistant, Debbie developed a passion for helping patients through various caregiving and therapies. When she was introduced to the benefits of massage therapy, she knew she found her calling. She graduated from The Desert Institute of Healing Arts, from an intensive 1,800-hour program that emphasized eastern and eastern perspectives as well as Zen Shiatsu techniques. After only a year into her practice, she furthered her specialized training by studying myofascial release, with a focus on women’s health and the fascial pelvis, with John Barnes in Sedona, Arizona. She has brought her clients healing relief since 2006. When Debbie is not working with her clients, she can be found horse or mountain bike riding or spending time with her two daughters. Now at the Wellness Station, Debbie is eager to offer her therapy techniques to clients in Vail and the surrounding community. Debbie specializes in correctional alignment, pre- and post-surgical trauma treatments, and intensive myofascial release treatments. She offers 60 and 90-minute massage therapy sessions and two-hour myofascial release treatments. Sessions can be booked Monday through Saturday.
